There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes you will be charged an additional $30. This fee is in addition to all services received.
This fee will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. Calling to say you are looking for parking at 12:45pm does not excuse you.
New Clients:
All new clients MUST book under the new clients tab. 50% retainer is due at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of appointment.
Late Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours and No-Shows will have the card on file charged 100% of the service cost plus a $30 late/no show fee. Clients arriving to appointments later than 15 minutes will be charged service fee of $30 in addition to the cost of the service. If the schedule does not allow for the client to be serviced, they will be charged as a no-show. If the client is late and decides to alter the services being received, they will be charged per their original booking. Clients arriving 20 minutes or later will be cancelled and charge as a no show.
Changes to appointments may not be made at the time of service. If services being received are altered client will be charged per their original booking.
Squeeze Ins:
Appointments that have been deemed a squeeze in will incur an additional $75 fee on top of their service. Squeeze ins are any service occurring outside of normal business hours.
Rebooking:
All appointments that are paid in full at the time of booking will only be allowed to reschedule ONE TIME. Additional reschedules will be deemed a new booking. The amount paid will not be transferred to future appointments.
